Refund Policy

1. Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date if the product is in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at admin@cawoodanchor.com. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

2. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 5 working days to your original payment method.

3. Exchanges

Exchanges are only available for defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at admin@cawoodanchor.com.

4. Non-Returnable Items
